Box-free, label-free returns at their network of 3,800+ Return Bars. It's a great solution if your customers are located in large metro areas, usually close to downtown area where these return bars are located.
Store associates will be able to process returns in store using the Happy Returns app on an iPad. This is a great solution if your store already has iPads available, otherwise it's an additional hardware you will need to purchase and maintain.
When a customer returns their package, it can automatically route to Happy Returns Hub where it gets inspected, processed or donated. Great solution if you want to "outsource" returns to a 3rd party and you are not in a rush to get the inventory back in stock.
Pricing can vary based on the number of returns and functionality. The plan that allows for all the flexibility starts at $500/month for up to 1500 items, this is not returns, but ITEMS or $0.33/item.
